a biography of zac efron, by me! (dont jock, or copy, i will find you!!)

zachary david alexander efron was born on october 18, 1987 (which happens to be my parents anniversary... how cool is that?!?) in San Luis Obispo, california to david and starla efron. he is of jewish descent, but does not practice the jewish religion. he grew up in another part of california very close to his birthplace called Arroyo Grande. He has a younger brother named Dylan and 2 dogs (dreamer and puppy) and a cat named Simon. He got his start when his parents recognized his singing ability and took him to voice lessons. He soon moved to the stage to act a small part in the play called "Gypsy". After doing 90 shows, he realized he loved to act, and continued to act in other productions. His supportive parents, acting and sing ability all led him up to today, where 1 in 3 girls have his poster on their walls and where he is one of the most famous teen stars in the united states. =) At the moment, Zac has just graduated high school, and is height 5'9". Zac's favorite foods are mac and cheese, orange chicken from panda, and wheat thins. His latest movies were High School Musical 2 and Hairspray.
